This law,published in1889,built up the absolute monarchy order which fulfilled the needs of the Meiji government. As an equivalent to the constitution,this law put an end to the disordered accession system,ensured the supreme position of Tenno. After the World War II,the new version of Imperial Household Act was published. As a result,the position and characteristic of Tennno changed totally. However,the accession system of Japanese Emperor still obeyed the basic rule of the Meiji Period’s Imperial Household Act. This is the result of the incompletely reformation after World War II,which limited the development of the Japanese Imperial Household. The United States urgent participation in the war made it necessary to rely on Japans war resources and to re-evaluate Japans strategic value. Additionally, the signing of the “Treaty of Peace with Japan” and the U.S.-Japan Security Treaty relieved Japans worries about its future to promote the “Yoshida Line”. Furthermore, the rapid left turn and failure of the Japanese Communist Party during the war greatly weakened the left-wing forces in Japan, paving the way for the rapid development of capitalism. In the face of the first war crisis in East Asia after World War II, Japan took full advantage of the situation to quickly complete the transition to a normal country and embarked on the fast track of economic development. It can be said that Japan was the biggest winner in the entire Korean War. This game is essentially a strategic competition around of the western Pacific military dominance among China, Japan and US. This article analyzes the specific manifestation of the game from the perspective of the Japanese isolated islands defense strategy, points out especially its strategic significance of blocking China. The defense strategy of isolated islands reflects not only the shift from the local defense to the isolated island defense, but also the strategic attempts of Japan's preventing China from rising up and breaking the first island chain by coordinating with US for AsiaPacific strategy, and Japan's focusing on the defense of military deployment of the Nansei islands. The study found that although Japanese female college students’ views on the future ideal life presented diversified, they did not think that they should be employed as a man to bear the responsibility of raising a family while sharing the housework and childcare work. While the female college students in China have a stronger sense of responsibility as a social professional role, and have a higher awareness of gender equality in employment, marriage and family than Japanese female college students, but they still attach importance to their future role as mothers, and when the work and parent are incompatible, they are more likely to choose the latter. It is still necessary for China to strengthen the sense of gender equality in the society so that more young women will have the sense of selfreliance as men, at the same time, men ought to have the work and family balance with women. Therefore, the future of college students lifestyle planning and future career planning of education is particularly important. Both men and women can share social and family responsibilities in order to promote women’s fair employment and promote the harmonious development of society. Tea ceremony was formed from the middle and late Muromachi period to the Azuchi-Momoyama period in Japan. It is a product of troubled times and has an obvious tendency of seclusion. Tea ceremony has the characteristics of non-routine, sociability, etiquette, and spirituality. It occupies a non-mainstream position in the overall structure of Japanese culture. It is hard to call tea ceremony a representative of Japanese culture. It is also hard to say that “idle silence” and “dead silence” are the mainstream aesthetic consciousness of the Japanese. Nevertheless, tea ceremony still plays a special social role in Japanese social culture. In the economic policy, it is reflected in the relationship between industrial policy and competition policy, while in the financial sactor,it is the relationship between financial regulation and competition regulation. In the early postwar period, Japan formed a strict framework of antirust and regulation under the General Headquarters(GHQ). With the change in the U.S. policy towards Japan, there has been a situation for a long time in the financial sector where the competition authorities faded out and the regulatory authorities dominated. Since the 1970s, Japanese regulatory authorities have gradually relaxed the regulation of competition restrictions and promoted the competition in the financial sector.Especially under strong pressure from US in the period of Japan-US trade friction, a cooperative pattern of regulatory authorities and competition authority has to be formed with the same goal of financial stability. In spite of EU and US strengthening regulation and antitrust policy after the global financial crisis, Japanese government took no special measures in this period but established a new harmonious system between regulation and antitrust policy with the common goal of stimulating the vitality of financial institutions recently. Throughout the post-war development of Southeast Asian countries, until the financial crisis in 1997, the economy basically maintained a rapid growth rate. This paper studies the influence mechanism of ODA on the economic growth of recipient countries from five aspects: material capital, human capital, trade opening, technological innovation, and organizational efficiency, and analyzes the actual effect of ODA on the economic growth of five Southeast Asian countries by using panel data fixed effect model. The research shows that Japans ODA is conducive to the economic growth of the recipient countries in the long run. The accumulation of material capital, the accumulation of human capital and the promotion of scientific and technological innovation ability all significantly promote economic growth. On the contrary, abundant resource endowments have become an obstacle to the economic growth of recipient countries. In addition, trade liberalization has a positive impact on the economic growth of recipient countries, which is in line with expectations, but fails to pass the significance test. The origin of Ise Shrine sanctity has two interpretations according to early Shinto theories. One supposes that the sanctity of Ise Shrine is equal to the Hinowakamiya, and the other one thinks it's equal to the Palace of Brahma. The Hinowakamiya mode reflects a universal pattern which the sun palace and the moon palace are compatible in Buddhism. Thus, the view comes out that the inner palace and outer palace are compatible and equivalent. In the Palace of Brahman mode, Shinto created new mythical stories, such as Amenominakanushi and Amaterasu live in the Palace of Brahma, Yamatohime built Ise Shrine through moving the Palace of Brahma, ToyoukeOmikami flew to next place from first meditation heaven and wait for the new, etc. The early Ise Shinto accepted and extended these new mythical stories, reserved the basic plot while it didn't use the word "the sun palace, the moon palace" or the "Palace of Brahman. Buddhistic space concepts were all replaced by more native word like Hinowakamiya. Ise Shinto has stitched and adopted many kinds of cultural resources such as Japanese mythologies and Buddhist scriptures, therefore it explains the significance of Ise Shrine as sacred space.
