Abstract: At present，faced with the difficulties in high production cost，risk，quality request，pollutant disposal and other aspects，breeding industry needs innovative management mode.Based on the analysis of management mode of home stock farm in Hokkaido of Japan，the paper drew a conclusion that the vertical and horizontal integration management is an effective and ideal mode for homestead stock farm and husbandry.The horizontal integration refers to the integration management with the linkage of forage grass，feed and fertilizer.The vertical integration refers to the model of combining home stock farm，processing enterprise and service organization.In this paper，the related measures and advice are to lead the main body of husbandry to adopt the management mode of horizontal integration，encourage the main body of husbandry to adopt the management mode of vertical integration and perfect the management mechanism of vertical and horizontal integration.
