摘要/Abstract

摘要： 全球范围来看，产业数字化成为时代发展的主流特征。日本政府在2020年公布了新的数字经济增长方案，期待通过刺激其产业数字化发展来带动日本经济发展。同时，日本的海外投资在亚洲地区一直保持较高的份额。通过研究产业数字化背景下日本海外投资的理论逻辑和现实特征，探究日本对外经济在数字化时代的发展路径和发展机制，为中国对外经济发展提供经验和借鉴。

Abstract: Globally, industrial digitization has become a mainstream feature of the era‘s development. In 2020, the Japanese government announced a new digital economy growth plan, hoping to boost Japan’s economic development by stimulating the digital development of its industries. Meanwhile, Japan’s share of overseas investment in Asia has been high. This paper examines the theoretical logic and practical characteristics of Japan‘s overseas investment in the context of industrial digitization, explores the development path and mechanism of Japan‘s foreign economy in the digital era, and provides experience and reference for China’s foreign economic development.
