Empirical Study on Influences of Effectiveness of Yen Internationalization towards Japan’s Monetary Policy

Abstract

Abstract: The monetary policy is an important macrocontrol tool of one country. The currency internationalization has a huge influence upon the effectiveness of a country's monetary policy and a country's macroeconomic situation. By analyzing both the output and price effects of Yen internationalization and using VAR model, this paper makes a theoretical and empirical analysis on the relationship between the Yen internationalization and monetary policy. This brings certain inspiration to RMB internationalization.
