Abstract: The outbreak of COVID19 in early 2020 has caused significant losses to the world economy. The global value chain has been greatly impacted, circulation has been blocked, trade has shrunk, and the value chain was once on the verge of breaking. The ChinaJapanKorea value chain is no exception. Under the epidemic, China, Japan, and Korea have implemented a number of strategies in terms of policy and guidance, supply and demand, trade and circulation to realize the reorganization of the value chain. The measures taken by the three countries are conducive to improving the domestic value chain, promoting the technological innovation of the value chain, and deepening the regionalization of the ChinaJapanKorea value chain. But the risk of splitting the original value chain cannot be ruled out. In the postepidemic era, China, Japan, and Korea should join hands to deepen antiepidemic cooperation, jointly enhance the value chains ability to withstand pressure, rapidly promote the digital construction of the value chain, and finally realize the reorganization of the ChinaJapanKorea value chain and drive regional and even global economic growth.
