Abstract: After the victory of JapaneseRusso war, Japan took place all of Russia’s rights and interests in the northeast of China and began their colonial rule over this area. In order to consolidate the position as colonial rulers and change Kantoushu into the base for external aggression, the Japanese authorities established very comprehensive colonial institutions which were responsible for the education from primary to higher levels. Furthermore, for the purposes of invasion and colonial ruling of Chinese people, the authorities issued a series of systems of Chinese education and policies encouraging Chinese learning, and implemented Chinese courses in all schools in order to communicate with the the colonized people without translators and rule them. The paper analyzed the real purpose and significance of Chinese education to Japanese by the colonist authorities, and disclosed Japan’s wild ambition of imperialists to occupy the northeast of China permanently.
